Alibek Temirgalievich Khasenov has been appointed President of Kazsportinvest Joint Stock Company.

Alibek Khasenov was born on October 3, 1986 in Saran, Karaganda region. Has two higher educations:

In 2008, he graduated from Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov with a degree in Marketing;

In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian University with a degree in Law.

From 2016-2017, he was the Head of the Official Events Department at the Karaotkel State Enterprise of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

Since 2018, he has been organizing state and major events.;

2019-2024 – Executive Director for the Development of Rowing Sports in the Canoe Federation;

Since 2024, he has been a member of the Working Group on the development of an application for the "Game of the Future" in Astana.
