Young residents of Karaganda are invited to take part in a drawing contest dedicated to the International Zebra Day. The winners will be awarded prizes, and their work will be presented at the exhibition.
International Zebra Day is celebrated on January 31. This holiday was established in order to draw attention to the problem of reducing the population of these animals.
The Karaganda Zoo has announced a drawing contest for this day. Children from 3 to 14 years old can participate in it. You can draw zebras both in their natural habitat and in zoos.
The winners will be selected in three age categories: from 3 to 5 years old, from 5 to 10 and from 10 to 14 years old.
The authors of the best works will receive soft toys and zoo tickets. Their drawings will be presented on the ground floor of the zoo building.
The award ceremony will be held on February 1. A show program with the participation of animators will be organized for young visitors and they will tell about zebras.
In order to participate in the contest, you need to draw a drawing and post it on Instagram, noting the @krgzoo account and specifying the author's name and age. It is also necessary to mention three friends under the announcement of the competition on the zoo's page. https://www.instagram.com/p/DEweIFeNUKZ/?igsh=MTUwb3pyd2xnNGp3dQ .
