On January 15, in the Mangystau region, within the framework of the republican program "Taza Kazakhstan", a meeting of representatives of the Department of Ecology of the Mangystau region with students was held at the Mangystau Energy College, organized by the Aktau City Public Development Center.
The main purpose of the meeting was to draw the attention of young people to the problems of environmental protection, to develop ecological culture and foster a responsible attitude towards preserving the natural resources of the region, to inform young people about the current state of the environment and to involve them in practical activities to protect the environment.
The event was attended by more than 60 students of Mangystau Energy College, including young environmental activists of the region. During the meeting, the participants learned about the key environmental challenges of the region, how to solve them and the importance of personal contribution to the protection of nature.
Yessenkos Adilbayev, Head of the Environmental Control Department of the Mangystau Region Ecology Department, stressed:
Young people are the future of our country, and it is up to them to solve environmental problems. Such meetings help not only to raise awareness, but also to foster a sense of personal responsibility for the preservation of the environment.
We hope that today's event will be a starting point for many young people who want to actively participate in environmental initiatives in the region. By working together, we can make Mangystau even cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
Also, the participants of the meeting from among the students shared their impressions. One of the participants of the action noted:
It was very useful to learn how we can participate in improving the ecology of the region. Such meetings motivate us to act and protect the nature around us.
The event was held in a warm and productive atmosphere, strengthening the desire of young people for environmental responsibility.
At the same time, at the initiative of the Department for Youth Policy of the Mangystau region, within the framework of the Taza Kazakhstan program, youth meetings with local environmentalists were held in the cities of Zhanaozen and 5 districts of the region.
