Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev held a reception for citizens.
This time, 16 residents signed up for an appointment. They raised issues related to education, healthcare, sports, housing and communal services, land relations, and employment.
The head of the region gave detailed and clear answers to the received requests.
Responsible persons were instructed to study the issues in detail and consider ways to resolve them.
It is worth noting that in 2024, the head of the region held 35 receptions, during which 480 residents applied.
