Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken Sarsenov got acquainted with the work of the police and met with the Akim of the Turkestan region.
During a working trip to the Turkestan region, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken Sarsenov held an operational meeting with the personnel of the police department. The meeting summed up the results of the department's activities for 2024. The report was made by Murat Kabdenov, Head of the Turkestan region Police Department.
The Deputy Minister focused on some of the identified shortcomings and stressed the importance of timely implementation of the tasks and instructions. Measures have been taken against a number of managers. He also instructed to strengthen work on the prevention of crimes and offenses, and the observance of law and order.
Next, he checked the implementation of digital solutions in the Operational Management Center. I got acquainted with the work of video cameras in the region and appreciated the results of the department's use of the latest digital technologies. K. Kayypbek, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Turkestan region, and S. Baigutov, Deputy Head of the Department for Digitalization of the Akimat, also took part here.
The working visit continued in the regional akimat, where Deputy Minister S.Sarsenov met with Akim of the region N.Kosherov. He also held a meeting with the head of the akim's office, E. Dauylbayev, and the head of the Department of Digitalization, Public Services and Archives, M. Ainabekov.
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Sarsenov noted: "Digitalization is a large–scale reform currently underway. The widespread use of modern technologies in the daily activities of the police is one of the main tasks assigned by the head of state to the internal affairs bodies." During the meeting, the parties also agreed on further joint work.
