The "Open Akimat" office of the Turkestan regional akimat is holding personal receptions of residents of the region according to the approved schedule. Today, for the first time, Deputy Akim of the region Beisenbai Tazhibayev personally received residents in the areas under his supervision and listened to their problems.

Residents of the city of Turkestan and the Zhetysai, Sauran, Keles, and Otrar districts came to the reception. Most of them raised the issue of receiving social assistance, employment, loan repayment, and creating a favorable environment for people with disabilities. In addition, issues related to health and education were raised, and proposals were made to finance short-term training.

A number of issues, such as public employment and social assistance, were resolved at the same time. Beisenbai Tazhibayev said that the issues raised would not be ignored and explained their legitimacy. He gave relevant instructions to the responsible persons and began to monitor the implementation process.
