Today, on January 16, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai personally received participants in the shared-equity construction of apartment complexes in Aktau, and citizens who came to discuss housing issues.
Representatives of law enforcement agencies, the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning, as well as heads of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection participated in the meeting with residents.
The shareholders said that housing construction has been suspended, while the basic requirements for the construction process have not been met.
One of the citizens who came to the reception asked for help in the criminal case opened against his son, who was the director of a construction company, and asked to consider the possibility of providing appropriate support measures.
Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai said that the requirements for construction companies will be strengthened in accordance with the law, and set specific tasks for responsible institutions to take appropriate measures to protect the interests of participants in shared-equity construction.
