The Akimat of Shymkent hosted a reception for citizens on personal issues. The head of the megacity and the heads of departments listened to the appeals and suggestions of more than 280 people.
During the reception, residents mainly raised issues related to housing and land, healthcare and social assistance, as well as urban improvement, repair and maintenance of roads. In addition, citizens who are not indifferent to the fate of the city have announced a number of initiatives aimed at developing a comfortable urban environment.
It is worth noting that explanations were given for all appeals, the deadlines for the decision were outlined and responsible executors were appointed.
