On January 16, 2025, a seminar - meeting was held in the office of the regional akim with the participation of employees of regional departments on issues of increasing the responsibility of citizens for violating the administrative legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Roadmap for promoting the professional and personal qualities of civil servants in accordance with the ideals of "Adal Azamat" for 2025-2027
Invited speaker K. Kenshimbayev, police major, head of the administrative practice department of the Kostanay region Police Department, informed about changes in the legislation, including those related to tougher penalties and an increase in the amount of administrative fines.
The President signed Laws aimed at ensuring the legal regulation of issues arising in the field of organizing the movement of certain types of vehicles, including mopeds, electric vehicles.
The Law on Electric Vehicles was adopted, liability for minor accidents without casualties has been excluded if it is registered by road users using the Europrotocol mobile application. Since December 4, 2024, liability for exceeding the "average speed" on highways of international and national importance has been introduced.
The Ethics Commissioner of the Akim's Office of Kostanay Region K. Syundikov informed about the Roadmap for the promotion of professional and personal qualities of civil servants in accordance with the ideals of "Adal Azamat" for 2025-2027, approved in accordance with the Concept of Development of the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2029.
The Roadmap implies the promotion of professionalism and patriotism in the civil service. Expected results from the implementation of the Map:
increasing public satisfaction with the work of civil servants;
reducing the share of ethical violations;
increasing satisfaction of civil servants with the motivational
system, including non-material aspects;
creation of an institute of early career guidance covering school and university levels.
