In the city of Kentau, as part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign, clean-up days and awareness-raising activities among the population on cleanliness issues are regularly held. However, cases of unauthorized dumping of household waste in unexpected places continue to be identified in the city.
To solve this problem, specialists from responsible departments, together with employees of the city police department, conducted raids. During the events, citizens who dispose of household waste in the wrong places were identified. Protocols were drawn up on them in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, and fines were imposed.
It is recalled that in case of detection of persons who throw garbage into public areas, parks, courtyards or other unintended places, protocols will be drawn up and penalties will be applied in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
