In the Bukhar-Zhyrau district of the Karaganda region, new approaches are being introduced to the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty program. The emphasis is on the development of agricultural cooperation in the field of processing. This will contribute to the creation of new jobs and increase the incomes of the villagers.
Akim of the district Yerlan Kusayin shared his plans for this year at a briefing on the site of the Regional Communications Service.
According to him, nine projects will be implemented this year. The akim of the district announced the areas in which the creation of new SECS is planned. These include the collection and processing of milk, the production of animal feed, the sale of vegetables, and the slaughter of livestock. There are also those who wish to cultivate ornamental lawn grasses.
Yerlan Kusayin also spoke about supporting the development of rural entrepreneurship.
– Currently, there are 3,845 small and medium-sized businesses operating in the district, employing more than 8,000 people. The opportunities for entrepreneurs to obtain financial resources have increased significantly. Last year, 20 projects under the national project received support in the form of preferential loans and state guarantees. 13 grants were given to aspiring young entrepreneurs," said the akim of the district. – Attention is also paid to social entrepreneurship. For example, with state support, the number of places in the private kindergarten "Super Botakan" in the village of Ushtobe has increased. Today, 160 children attend it, and there are 21 employees on staff.
