Personal receptions of citizens continue regularly in the Turkestan region. Residents' appeals are reviewed and resolved in stages.
Akim of the region Nuralkhan Kusherov held a personal reception for residents of the region, after listening to their requests and suggestions. Together with the heads of relevant departments, he analyzed each appeal in detail and considered possible solutions. Some issues have been resolved on the spot, while others will require additional time to resolve.
The reception was attended by residents of the cities of Turkestan, Kentau, Arys, Shymkent, as well as the Sozak, Sairam, Kelessky and Saryagash districts. Various topics were discussed. During the reception, jobs for labor seekers were offered, and applicants with health problems were promised the necessary support. Issues of allocating land, protecting animal rights, receiving compensation, creating an accessible environment for people with disabilities, and proposals for the development of agriculture were also discussed.
After listening to the requests of the citizens, the head of the region assured that not a single issue raised would be ignored, and their solution would be under his personal control.
