On January 17, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai held a personal reception in the building of the regional akimat in the order of priority and listened to the concerns of residents.

One of those who came to the reception, a resident of Zhanaozen, who worked in the border guard service for 18 years, complained about his dismissal in 2019 and asked for help. The head of the region instructed the competent authorities to verify the legality of this situation. At the same time, he instructed to consider the issue of providing legal support in starting a business for his wife.

Another resident of Zhanaozen asked his children to get a job at a career center. The mayor took into account the appeal and entrusted the city department for the coordination of employment and social programs with a specific assignment to find vacant jobs.

A mother with many children from Aktau, who came to the meeting with the mayor, asked for help in organizing a private concert and starting a business. The akim of the region instructed the departments of culture and entrepreneurship not to ignore the issues raised and provide appropriate support.

In general, during the reception, residents raised issues of unemployment, social support, the development of rehabilitation centers for children and entrepreneurship.

Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai instructed the heads of departments responsible for resolving problematic issues to consider ways to resolve appeals within the framework of the law and noted that residents' appeals will be monitored.
