Measures to rescue juvenile fish are continuing at the Baksai water utility.
According to operational data, as of January 17, the number of rescued juveniles amounted to 6.4 million.
45 people and 8 pieces of equipment are involved in the rescue operation.
The rescued juvenile fish are transported to the Zhaiyk River in a live form. The species of rescued juvenile fish are crucian carp and carp with an average weight of 5-6 grams.
The situation has been taken under special control.
