The VISION 2025 event, organized by the Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports, has become an important platform for training new leaders in the field of sports management. Among the guests of honor were Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Myrzabosynov and Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek. They stressed that the development of education and management in sports is of key importance for the country.

Within the framework of the event, a solemn graduation ceremony was held for graduates of the innovative Executive MBA (EMBA) Sport Management program. This program was developed jointly with international partners and implemented in order to improve the level of sports management in Kazakhstan.

The Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports (hereinafter - APEMS) was founded in 2021 in Astana as part of the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2026. An important goal of APEMS is to become its leading national training center for the country's sports industry.
APEMS trains highly qualified personnel at the bachelor's and master's levels, training future physical education teachers, coaches in various sports, sports managers, psychologists and other professionals for the sports industry.

The participants of the event offered new ideas and solutions for the development of the sports industry. As the participants noted, effective management of Kazakhstan's sports industry requires new generation professionals who are ready to implement international best practices.

This event was an important step in the training of management personnel for the sports industry of Kazakhstan, the development of sports infrastructure and the introduction of international experience.
