Deputy Akim of the region Abai Kuanysh Suleimenov visited the Severny trade and logistics center, where he checked food prices. Today, farmers of the Kokpektinsky district once again brought their products to the center.
At the fair, 4 carcasses of beef, 6 carcasses of mutton, 2 carcasses of horse meat, 100 kilograms of fish, 100 kilograms of honey, 200 kilograms of milk and 50 kilograms of sausages were sold at a price 10-15% lower than the market price.
The deputy akim of the region, bypassing the fair, talked with farmers selling their products without intermediaries. The topic of selling natural and high-quality food products to consumers was discussed.
"Farmers who want to see the fruits of their labor receive the necessary government support. Such fairs help to organize direct trade between a working person and a consumer, without the participation of intermediaries. On the one hand, this is convenient for citizens, as they can purchase the necessary products at prices much lower than market prices. We monitor prices and pay attention to their stability," Kuanysh Suleimenov said.
The deputy akim of the region also got acquainted with the work of the laboratory of the shopping center. He drew attention to the prices of 19 types of socially significant products and gave the management of the center specific instructions on their stabilization.
