At the training ground of the Spassk training center, more than 200 military personnel of the assault battalion of military unit 31775 began to coordinate the departments.
The events became a logical continuation of their professional training. The new stage is aimed at automating the interaction of soldiers in conditions as close to combat as possible.
– Squad coordination includes practical shooting. This allows military personnel to hone their weapons skills and better understand their role in the squad. The main focus is on the ability to act in a group, as well as the precise execution of commands and signals. At this crucial stage, trust between soldiers is being strengthened and their ability to act effectively is being improved," said Senior Lieutenant Zhanat Sulbav, commander of the 2nd assault company.
The classes will end with live shooting. The level of training of each soldier will be checked, the readiness of the units to perform combat missions, their ability to respond quickly to changing conditions and the ability to make the right decisions will be determined.
Taking into account the fact that classes are held at low temperatures, personnel heating points have been deployed at the training ground.
