Dear officer educators! Dear veterans!
January 19 is the Day of officers of educational structures of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
It was on this day in 1993 that the institute of deputy commanders for educational and socio-legal work was established, whose task was to form loyalty to constitutional duty among military personnel, foster patriotism, maintain high morale and readiness to defend the Fatherland.
During its existence and active activity, the institute of educators of the Army of Kazakhstan has proved its necessity and viability, and this is the merit of the respected veterans of the Armed Forces of our country, generals and officers who throughout their service remained devoted to their chosen profession and vocation, devoting themselves completely to the education of personnel.
By creating the basic criteria for educational work, and leading their students, they have brought up a decent shift that continues what they started, manages the educational process, state and legal training, and conducts individual work with subordinates.
Today, a fairly effective mechanism has been created to work in all areas of personnel education. The officer educators show an example of high professional training. They continue the glorious traditions of their predecessors, guard state policy and security, engage in important work – the patriotic education of military personnel and conduct explanatory work based on universal human values, national historical and military traditions of the people of Kazakhstan, enhance the authority and prestige of military service.
Dear officer educators, dear veterans! Congratulations on your professional holiday!
I am confident that each of you will make a worthy contribution to the common cause of fulfilling the tasks facing the Armed Forces.
I wish you all patience and success in such hard work as education, as well as great victories in your work for the benefit of our Motherland – the Republic of Kazakhstan!
