To implement the instructions of the Head of State, specialized organizations for the operation and management of municipal hydraulic structures have been established in 9 regions of the country. The work of the new institutions was reviewed at the staff meeting of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
The institutions are open in Akmola, Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Kyzylorda regions, as well as in the regions of Abai and Zhetisu. Thus, the total number of specialized organizations for the operation and management of municipal hydraulic structures in the country has reached 15.
Today, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation is working to improve the regulatory framework for regulating the functions, tasks and powers of new specialized organizations.
"Akimats need to consider the issue of attracting qualified personnel to new institutions. To do this, it is necessary to raise the salaries of specialists, provide them with housing and implement other support measures. In addition, institutions should be provided with special machinery and equipment," said Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Nurzhan Nurzhigitov.
