The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan is constantly working to expand the geography of flights and increase the number of flights on the current route.
Starting from March 2025, Air Astana will open new routes to Vietnam via Almaty-Nha Trang with a frequency of 4 times a week and Astana-Nha Trang with a frequency of 3 times a week, to China via Almaty-Guangzhou with a frequency of 3 times a week.
Starting from the spring-summer season, Air Cairo plans to open flights to Kostanay-Sharm el-Sheikh with a frequency of 1 flight per week and Almaty-Hurghada with a frequency of 2 flights per week, as well as the resumption of flights from Almaty to El Alamein with a frequency of 1 flight per week.
The opening of new destinations will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business, and tourism cooperation between the two countries.
