A forum on Business protection was held in Zhambyl region with the participation of the head of the region Yerbol Karashukeyev, the prosecutor of the region Nurgalym Abdirov, representatives of local executive bodies, the Regional Chamber of entrepreneurs, and the business community.
Yerbol Karashukeyev noted that thanks to the joint efforts of local executive and law enforcement agencies, an effective system of business protection is being created.
– The president of the country clearly defined the priorities of work on Business protection and stressed that the state is obliged to help entrepreneurs. As for entrepreneurs, they should become truly equal partners of the state apparatus, " the governor of the region said.
In the region in 2025-2028, the cost is 3.1 trillion. it is planned to implement 62 investment projects worth tenge. In total, more than 5 thousand new jobs will be created there. In 2024, the cost is 214 billion rubles. 35 investment projects worth KZT have been implemented and more than 1.4 thousand new jobs have been created.
To eliminate obstacles and bureaucracy, the Investor Support Center provides services on the principle of "one window".
Another factor in investment attractiveness is infrastructure. Industrial zones provide ready-made production sites. Deputy akim of the region Abulkhair Tamabek told about this in detail in his report.
With the creation of 1.3 thousand jobs in the territory of the industrial zone" Taraz", the cost of 137 billion tenge was increased. it is planned to implement 15 projects worth tenge. In the districts of the region, sub-zones "Merke", "Kulan", "Sarysu-1" and "Sarysu-2" were created on an area of 180 hectares. In these subregions, medium and small enterprises are organized, depending on the specifics of each district.
On the territory of the industrial zone" Taraz "and the Special Economic Zone" Jibek Joly " at the expense of the fund for the development of industry to support small and medium-sized businesses, the construction of modern production facilities (area 40 thousand square meters) has begun. 30% of the premises where the engineering infrastructure was carried out by entrepreneurs were booked. Production premises are provided for a long-term lease at low prices. The facilities will be launched from the 2nd quarter of this year.
According to nurgalym Abdirov, at the end of last year, the registration of criminal cases against entrepreneurs decreased by four times, and the problems of 21 investors were resolved.
The prosecutor's office defended the rights of more than 4 thousand entrepreneurs.
The meeting was held in the format of a free exchange of views: entrepreneurs asked their questions and discussed systemic issues.
In his final speech at the forum, the governor of the region noted that business should work conscientiously, strictly comply with the legislation, and create a safe working environment.
Based on the results of the discussion, ways to solve these problems were developed.
