New buildings and facilities are planned to be built in the city of Turkestan, including multi-storey residential buildings, educational institutions, business centers and recreation areas. Each project will be implemented only after approval by the architects. Nuralkhan Kusherov, Akim of the Turkestan region, oversees these issues. At the meeting to discuss architectural projects, 14 new initiatives were presented, which were reviewed by architects and responsible managers.
The architectural council was attended by heads of relevant departments, entrepreneurs, investors, as well as representatives of the architectural and construction industries. The head of the region stressed the need for a thorough study of each project before submitting it to the council for discussion, and also pointed out the importance of quality control of construction.
– The construction of new facilities in Turkestan will continue. The city has the potential to become a tourist attraction center. We support initiatives for the construction of new facilities and the implementation of investment projects. Every business that has been started must be completed. The requirements for the architecture of buildings must be strictly observed. Special attention should be paid to landscaping and landscaping. We need large–scale projects that will bring social benefits and serve the population," the governor of the region said.
The meeting also heard a report on the progress of work on projects implemented in the Cultural and Spiritual Center of the city. The quality and architectural execution of construction projects remain under constant control.
