An action of the republican environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan" in a non-standard format has started in Shymkent. Taking into account the weather conditions and taking care of the health of the residents, it was decided to hold the event in the educational institutions of the city.
Thematic class hours were held in several schools of the city, where teachers and schoolchildren discussed the importance of caring for nature and the ecological future of Shymkent. The teachers emphasized that true patriotism is manifested in deeds, not in words. The participants of the action talked about the importance of each contribution to the cleanliness of their hometown.
At secondary school No. 72 in Karatau district, students listened to speeches by veteran teacher Akhmetbayev Amanbek, Minister of Ecology of the school parliament Zhansai Namaz and school activist Abd Imanap Bidaulet.
"Nature is our homeland, our land. The cleanliness of streets, river banks, parks and courtyards is an indicator of our love for the motherland. By ignoring nature, we risk facing serious consequences. Therefore, each of us, from schoolchildren to adults, should participate in such actions. Noble work aimed at improving the environment unites people," Akhmetbayev Amanbek said.
The city's colleges have also joined the initiative. At the Road Transport College, students discussed eternal values - patriotism, friendship and responsibility for the environment – with Berik Yeshimov, Deputy Director for Educational Work, and Alzhan Aruzhan, Deputy Director of the Youth Resource Center.
Shymkent continues to inspire with its efforts to preserve nature and environmental literacy among young people, confirming that caring for nature is a contribution to everyone's future.
