We need to be prepared to evacuate drivers and passengers of vehicles on the roads and ensure the smooth operation of life support facilities. In particular, the flood situation should be monitored. According to forecasters, warm weather is expected in the region, and therefore early flooding is possible. It is important to strengthen monitoring of the condition of rivers, reservoirs and hydraulic structures, as well as take preventive measures to prevent flooding. Responsible services are instructed to organize the preparation of equipment, create reserves of building materials and promptly inform the population about possible risks and measures taken," Askhat Shakharov instructed.
