The main goal of the Auyl Amanaty project is to increase the incomes of the population in rural areas. The program was launched in pilot mode in 2023 and has already proved its effectiveness.
This year, it is planned to finance 749 projects in 62 rural districts within the framework of the project in the Turkestan region. This will create 1,185 permanent jobs, and about 100 families will get rid of the need to receive targeted social assistance.
These issues were discussed in detail at a video conference with the participation of akims of districts and cities. Deputy Akim of the region Nurbol Turashbekov stressed that when determining the areas of financing, it is important to take into account the specifics of each region.
During the year, according to the Auyl Amanaty program, it is planned to implement: 195 projects in the field of crop production, 175 in the field of livestock, 108 in the field of poultry, 71 in the field of fisheries, 62 for equipping cooperatives with equipment, 138 for starting their own business.
Chairman of the Management Board of Turkestan JSC Fayzulla Baydullayev stressed the importance of opening production parks in districts and cities and shared plans for 2025.
At the meeting, Akim of Tolebi district Yerkegali Alimkulov raised issues related to the return of unused lands to state ownership and called for accelerated measures by the relevant authorities. Akim of the Sozak district Mukhit Turusbekov asked questions about the projects proposed by the districts and discussed them with responsible specialists.
The deputy akim of the region noted the importance of opening enterprises for processing products in the regions and instructed the akims of districts and cities to strengthen work in this direction by coordinating plans with relevant departments.
