The capital continues to accept applications from citizens through the online platform "Taza Kazakhstan". Every citizen can voice a problem related to the improvement of the city here. Since the beginning of its work, the system has received over 1,200 applications, more than a thousand of them have been completed, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports.
Since the start of the chatbot, citizens have left 1,293 applications, 1,129 of them have been completed, and work is underway on the rest.
The categories of problematic issues have been identified, and responsible persons have been appointed. The main categories of applications include landscaping, lighting, road repairs, landscaping, and the elimination of unauthorized landfills.
In winter, the number of requests increases, as it is required to clear stops more often due to snowmelt. In addition, applications are being received related to the operation of heat supply systems at bus stops. All comments are processed in a timely manner, which minimizes inconveniences for residents.
The main advantage of the Taza Kazakhstan portal is fast and transparent feedback from residents.
Active contact is being established with the residents, their comments and suggestions are being taken into account.
