In the Martuk district, construction and installation works of 39 semi-detached communal apartment buildings in the village of Martuk have been completed. The construction of this project was started in 2020 by the limited liability company KazPromStroyGroup.
Akim of the district Medet Iskakov took part in the key ceremony. 86 keys to residential buildings were handed over to four categories of citizens waiting in line for housing. In particular, 25 apartments were allocated to large families, 15 apartments to orphans, 32 apartments to socially vulnerable segments of the population, and 14 apartments to civil servants and employees of budget organizations.
In addition, in Kensahara village, the construction of 4 semi-detached communal residential buildings, which began in 2024, was fully completed this year.
During the construction of these houses, all necessary works were carried out: windows and doors were installed, electricity and gas supply systems were installed. The house's internal communications and heating systems are fully operational.
