In urdzhar district, work is constantly being carried out to ensure uninterrupted road traffic in winter and to clear snow from educational, cultural and health institutions.
The total length of highways and streets in settlements of the district is 690.2 km. Of these, 288 roads of district significance, 402.2 km of settlement streets.
At the expense of the district budget, funds are allocated for winter maintenance of highways and settlement streets, and work is carried out systematically.
In order to maintain the roads for the winter, contracts were signed with contractors until the end of the year. More than 70 units of special equipment and 84 people are involved in snow removal.
