Last year, in Shymkent, on behalf of the mayor of the city, Gabit Syzdykbekov, the implementation of the concept of modernization of the Zelenaya Balka district was launched. One of the first stages of its implementation is the relocation of residents under the renovation program for apartment buildings.
Today, the head of the megacity handed over the keys to new apartments to six more families living along Zh.Nurlybayev Street. The apartments are located in the residential complex "Green City". Congratulating the townspeople on their housewarming, the mayor noted that this event was an important step in the development of the city and improving the living conditions of its residents.
It should be noted that the owners of dilapidated housing receive apartments of equal size and rooms in a new building. The accommodation is provided with a high-quality finish. Thus, the concept of district modernization, launched last year, has become a logical continuation of the renovation of the housing stock. With her help, 14 families have improved their living conditions.
It should be recalled that within the framework of the development concept of the Zelenaya Balka district, it is planned to gradually improve the territory, as well as build buildings of the district akimat and a number of other social facilities.
