The Ministry of Defense has prepared a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 No. 49 "On Approval of the Rules for providing military personnel with official housing, calculating the size, Assignment, recalculation, implementation, Termination, suspension and resumption of housing payments."
The regulatory legal act was developed in the implementation of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of service in the reserve."
The draft Resolution proposes to bring into line the Rules for providing military personnel with official housing, calculating the size, assignment, recalculation, implementation, termination, suspension and resumption of housing payments with the norms provided for by the above-mentioned law.
