The Department of air defense troops of the Air Defense Forces has developed a draft order of the minister of defense "on approval of instructions for the deployment of air defense units in the Armed Forces".
The draft normative legal act was prepared in order to implement subparagraph 272) of Paragraph 15 of the regulation on the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 2, 2022 No. 357" on approval of the regulation on the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition of certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as invalid".
By Government Resolution No. 753 of September 16, 2024, paragraph 15 of the regulation "on amendments and additions to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 2, 2022 No. 357" on approval of the regulation on the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition of certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as invalid" was supplemented by subparagraph 272).
This subparagraph defines the function of the Ministry of Defense to approve instructions for the deployment of air defense units in the Armed Forces.
