The Department of land management of Karaganda region in September and November 2024, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 145-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, through the platform "JerInSpectr" of JSC" NC "Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary", as a result of preventive control without visiting the subject (object) of Control, identified 582 thousand 793 hectares of unused agricultural land and sent instructions to 220 subjects on elimination of violations within one year.
This type of control is carried out on the basis of remote sensing of land and identification of farm animals in order to timely prevent and prevent the use or irrational use of agricultural land plots provided for the conduct of peasant or farm farming, agricultural production, as well as to give the subject of control the right to independently eliminate the identified violations and reduce the administrative burden on him.
To date, 118 land users have started using 231 thousand 838 hectares of land by eliminating the identified violations and regulating the relevant documents.
And failure to comply with the instructions within the established time limits is the basis for the appointment of preventive control by visiting the subject of control in accordance with the procedure defined by the business code.
