As part of efforts to improve social and labor relations in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industries, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Minister A.Zhamauov, held a meeting of the Sectoral Commission on Social Partnership. During the meeting, key issues related to the formation and implementation of state policy in these areas were discussed.
It was decided to approve the "Main directions of work of the Sectoral Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations in the Oil and gas industry for 2025", prepared by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The reports of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of the Mangystau region on measures taken to prevent labor conflicts, as well as on efforts to ensure safe working conditions and reduce occupational injuries were heard.
Special attention is paid to the measures taken by JSC NC KazMunaiGas in order to prevent labor conflicts and improve occupational safety at enterprises.
SNPS-Aktobemunaigas JSC and a branch of Buzachi Operating LTD also provided information on the ongoing work to prevent labor conflicts and ensure safe working conditions.
"Effective social partnership is the basis for ensuring stability and security in our industry," said Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Zhamauov, speaking at a meeting of the Industry Commission.
