On January 21, 2025, a meeting of the Industry Council for Professional Qualifications of the Oil and Gas, Oil Refining and petrochemical Industries was held.
At the meeting, the Work Plan of the Sectoral Council for 2025, developed by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was supported and agreed upon in accordance with the first item on the agenda.
An expert from the National Authority for Professional Qualifications under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan informed the participants about the current activities of the authority and its plans for the current year.
As part of the Year 2025 announced by the President as the Year of Professions in Kazakhstan, representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided information on measures to hold this event and train personnel with technical and vocational education for the oil and gas industry.
The meeting of the Industry Council highlights the importance of the topics discussed for the development and improvement of professional qualifications in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industries of Kazakhstan.
