The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition
on the selection of members of the Working Group on the formation of a new composition of the Public Council on Fuel and Energy Complex (in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Councils" dated November 2, 2015 and the Model Regulation on the Public Council dated February 26, 2021 No. 69).
The competition is held among citizens and representatives of non-profit organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The documents are accepted from January 20 to January 31, 2025.
The working group consists of 7 people, of which 2 are representatives of a government agency, 5 are representatives of non–profit organizations, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The following documents are provided for participation in the competition:
Citizen's application for candidacy to the Working Group in the form (Appendix 1);
Information about the candidate's professional and/or social activities (Appendix 2);
A written proposal from a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) as a member of the Working Group (appendix 3);
A copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Please note that observers without the right to vote, who are representatives of non-governmental organizations, mass media, government agencies, and international organizations, are allowed to participate in the meetings of the Working Group.
To attend the meeting of the Working Group as an observer, a person who has expressed a desire to be an observer submits an application in the form (appendix 4).
