The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the accreditation of associations of private business entities under the Ministry in accordance with the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 No. 127 "On approval of the Model Regulation on Expert Councils on Entrepreneurship and the Rules for Accreditation, including the form of the certificate of accreditation, the grounds and procedure for revoking the accreditation of associations private business entities and other non–profit organizations" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
According to paragraph 7 of the Rules, associations and organizations applying for accreditation with a state body, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of publication of the announcement, submit a package of documents provided for in paragraph 8 of the Rules in electronic form.:
1) an application for accreditation by private business entities and other non-profit organizations in accordance with Annex 2 to the Rules;
2) electronic copies of the constituent documents and documents confirming the state (accounting) registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, branch (representative office) in Kazakh and Russian languages;
3) a list of members of the association and/or organization, indicating the business identification number.
The deadline for accepting documents is within ten working days from the date of publication of the announcement (from January 20 to January 31, 2025, until 18.30 hours inclusive).
