Yerlan Tekeshov has been appointed head of the East Kazakhstan Akim's Office. Today, the new head of the office was introduced to the regional assets by the first deputy akim of the region, Nurymbet Saktaganov.
Yerlan Hasenuly Tekeshov is a native of East Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in Almaty and the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.
He worked in various positions as a geologist, a part-time inspector of the Department of Trade and Services, and the general director of the state enterprise "Business Department" of the East Kazakhstan Akim's Office.
He also headed the housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, and the construction department. Later, he became the head of the East Kazakhstan Regional Construction Department. Yerlan Tekeshov worked as deputy akim of Shemonaikha district, akim of Tarbagatai district, deputy akim of East Kazakhstan region, and general director of ShygysEnergoTrade LLP.
