According to the schedule, today, the first deputy akim of the region Zulpykhar Zholdasov personally received citizens in the areas under his leadership.
Residents of the cities of Turkestan, Kentau and Sauran, Baidibek, Keles districts came to the reception. The majority of residents raised the issue of housing and asked for assistance.
— The housing queue is carried out in accordance with the law. This means that no one can receive an apartment outside their turn or apply for someone else's place. In accordance with the requirements of the law, each citizen has the opportunity to wait for their turn and receive an apartment on a fair basis. There is also an opportunity for needy families to apply to the "Family Bank" to receive 50 percent of the housing rent from the state, - said Zulpykhar Zholdasov.
In addition, citizens raised issues related to receiving social assistance, paying off loans, drinking water, and sewage systems.
Zulpykhar Sansyzbayuly said that each raised issue will be studied and resolved within the framework of the law. Relevant instructions have been given to responsible persons. All applications are under control.
