During the week, the price of 25 gluten "triple" has increased on the Kazakhstan grain market, as well as wheat of grades 4 and 5.
According to respondents, the market is still changing. Traders are now hoping for more or less active trading.
Red - decrease within a week, green - increase, all prices - new harvest
Kazakhstani market participants are expecting a price increase due to the expected decrease in the harvest in Russia next year, as a result of which farmers from the Russian Federation are "raising prices to catch up with it".
According to the interviewees, "Russia is now producing its own grain, as a result of which our wheat is being used, and grain prices are rising."
On the other hand, the rising dollar rate has encouraged Kazakh farmers to sell grain.
Farmers believe that the high-pro price of wheat is 130 thousand tenge/ton, exporters say that it is unaffordable, therefore, they believe that domestic flour mills will buy it to mix high-pro.
It is still unclear how importers will respond to the proposed price tag from Kazakhstan. But, according to traders, Azerbaijanis have reduced the price of 25 gluten wheat from $210 to $203 per ton.
There is now interest in 25 gluten in Saryagash for grade 4 and grade 3, there is no demand for the next one.
Oilseeds/Legumes
Flax and sunflower prices are rising in the oilseeds market.
The market is still unstable. Many traders have not yet started buying oilseeds.
In the north, purchases are carried out only through flax. According to traders, there is little golden flax, basically everyone trades in brown flax.
