The "Clean Kazakhstan" republican campaign continues in our region. Despite the severe January frost and heavy snowfall, work is underway in every district.
The utilities of the Kokpekty district have been operating in an enhanced mode since the onset of winter. 24 vehicles and about 500 people have been mobilized to clear snow. 3 thousand cubic meters of snow have been removed from the district. This work will continue until the end of March. In addition, youth organizations and schoolchildren in the district have extended a helping hand to 33 lonely elderly people.
In the Zhanasemei district, internal streets and driveways are also being cleaned regularly. Special equipment has been involved in this. 478.5 kilometers of roads in the district have been cleared of snow. Currently, a mixture of sand and salt is being spread on pedestrian paths. The work carried out is being communicated to residents through social networks.
As part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign, government employees led by district akim Aidar Ibrayev organized a Saturday cleaning of the hockey rink in the village of Borodulikha. For the convenience of skaters, a special place was built next to the ice rink this year where they could change shoes and warm up.
"The residents of Borodulikha have been participating in the nationwide campaign from the very first day. In the summer months, we planted trees, did landscaping, and took out garbage, but now we are continuing to clear the snow. The campaign unites us all. Therefore, I urge everyone to participate, regardless of their indifference," said Borodulikha district akim Aidar Ibrayev.
In the Makanshi district, the snow this year was no less than last year. Nevertheless, the district akimat and local utilities have mobilized 15 special equipment and more than 60 workers to clear the snow. Contractors are ensuring the cleanliness of roads during the night shift.
Similar work is being carried out in the Beskaragai district. In addition to streets, parks and public places are being cleared of snow.
More than 300 cubic meters of snow have been removed in the city of Kurchatov. Equipment and workers of the Kurchatov Vodokanal MCC were involved in cleaning the city.
