THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH HAS GIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS ON PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE TO PREGNANT WOMEN WITH SEVERE ARIVI

The Ministry of Health has issued recommendations to general practitioners, infectious diseases specialists, therapists, obstetricians and gynecologists on providing consultative and diagnostic assistance to pregnant women in cases of influenza, acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory viral infections, and pneumonia.
Training seminars were organized for 300 medical workers from Zhambyl, Turkestan regions and the city of Shymkent with the participation of Professor of the Astana Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Chief Infectious Diseases Specialist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Kosherova and Chief Specialist of the National Center for Emergency Medicine (NCEM) Gumyrbek Agibayev, and more than 10 pregnant and postpartum women were consulted on the methods of monitoring and caring for them.
According to experts, the increase in respiratory infections poses a threat not only with the development of seasonal diseases, but also with complications and unfavorable prognosis.
In addition to respiratory infections, cases of pneumonia and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) are currently being registered among the population. The most vulnerable contingent in terms of severe and complicated course is pregnant women.
It is very important for primary care physicians and hospital admission departments to know the main clinical signs, including signs of anxiety in pregnant women, which contributes to early diagnosis and timely therapy.
Improving the material and technical base of medical organizations, equipping them with modern equipment allows for a wide range of diagnostic studies, the use of which allows for early diagnosis of influenza, ARVI, ARVI, pneumonia, sepsis in pregnant women, timely routing, explanation of laboratory research methods and individual therapy.
Seminars were held for anesthesiologists-resuscitators on the treatment of bleeding in pregnant women, respiratory support.
The training seminar contributed to increasing the clinical competence of doctors in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of influenza, ARVI, pneumonia, bleeding and respiratory support in pregnant women.
