Systematic work is being carried out to create favorable conditions and provide natural gas to the population of Shymkent. Today, Mayor of the city Gabit Syzdykbekov, together with residents of Abay district, took part in the gasification of Yntymak-2 and Bozaryk residential areas.
The construction of gas pipelines began in 2023. As part of the gasification of these microdistricts, more than 6,000 subscribers received access to blue gas. About 1,500 residential buildings were supplied with gas in the bozaryk microdistrict, and more than 4,500 residential buildings in the Turan microdistrict.
The mayor of the city noted that the priority areas are providing the population with high-quality infrastructure, improving the quality of life of citizens.
"Planned gasification of settlements is an important step in improving the environment and sustainable development, creating a favorable environment. Work in this direction will continue in the future, G. Syzdykbekov said."
To accelerate the connection to natural gas, residents need to submit applications and documents to JSC "Qazaqgaz Aimaq".
