As a result of the implementation of the program for the modernization of Housing and communal services in the period from 2011 to 2024, 2266 apartment buildings (KTCS) were covered, of which 1188 houses underwent major repairs, including the restoration of roofs, facades, entrances, as well as the modernization of engineering networks and power supply.
In addition, 2257 elevators were replaced in 1078 houses, which significantly increased comfort and safety for residents. These changes contributed to a significant improvement in the quality of life of the townspeople, providing them with comfortable and safe living conditions.
Last year, within the framework of the program, major repairs were carried out in 118 apartment buildings, as well as 100 units of elevator equipment were replaced in 54 houses.
