The Turkestan region working group has begun work on meeting and establishing cooperation with young people enrolled in the North and East Kazakhstan regions under the state program "Serpin - 2050 - Eternal Youth of the Country - to Industry".
Members of the special working group formed by the Turkestan region visited the Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University in Ust-Kamenogorsk and got acquainted with the work of major structural divisions of the university, such as the Scientific Research Center, the Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education, a dormitory, and the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences. 472 students are studying at this university under the "Serpin - 2050" program. Of these, 201 students are studying from the Turkestan region.
During the working trip, the delegation of the Turkestan region met and talked with students of the Daulet Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University. They also made a tour of the educational institution and visited workshops and scientific centers. They visited the Kazakh-German Institute and got acquainted with the situation of young people living in student dormitories.
In addition, they got acquainted with the educational base of the Shakarim State University of Semey and met with students.
As a result, a memorandum was signed on establishing cooperation between the East Kazakhstan Technical University named after Daulet Serikbayev and the East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov and the "Youth Resource Center" of the Turkestan Regional Department of Public Development.
It should be noted that the working group's business trip will continue at A. Bokeykhan University in Semey and Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after A. Margulan, S. Toraigyrov University, and Innovative Eurasian University in Pavlodar region.
