Local residents are actively involved in the cleanliness of settlements in the Turkestan region.
Cleaning work has been carried out in the village of Utirtobe, Zholdasbai Eraliev rural district, Zhetisay district, throughout the year. Villagers are actively participating in these works. Residents of Utirtobe cleaned the section of the regional highway KH-117 passing through the village of Utirtobe from garbage, repaired electricity poles and bus stops, installed garbage bins, and improved sports fields.
The village activists, who said, "Let's start cleanliness from our own yard, from the village," called on the people to join in the cleaning work and sent a cleaning relay to other villagers.
The residents of Zhana Aul rural district, Zhetisay district, received the cleaning relay sent by Utirtobe residents to the districts of the Turkestan region and carried out cleaning and improvement work. Residents of the Zhana aul settlement, owners of farms, school and medical workers, and entrepreneurs joined in these works.
Kazybek bi rural district continued the relay race. Employees of the akim's office of the rural district, local entrepreneurs, and residents participated in the event. They cleaned roads and internal streets of republican, regional, and district significance, flower beds, and areas with a high concentration of people from garbage. The cleanliness relay race was sent to the Maktaly rural district.
