On February 8 at 17:00, the Karaganda Academic Symphony Orchestra named after Erkegali Rakhmadiev will perform at the "Shalkyma" concert hall under the direction of chief conductor Aidar Torybayev.
The soloist is the laureate of international competitions Bekzat Rakhimov (piano, Moscow).
The program of the classical music evening includes Concerto No. 2 for piano and orchestra, Op. 18 by Sergei Rachmaninov; Symphony No. 5 in E minor, Op. 64 by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
Bekzat Rakhimov was born in Almaty in 2002. He has performed with solo concerts at the "Astana-Opera" State Opera and Ballet Theater, the Zhambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic, and the concert halls of Milan, Moscow, and Tula. Laureate of major international and Kazakhstani competitions.
