On January 23-25, 2025, the city individual championship among adults in the classic form of togyzkumalak was held in Shymkent. About 80 top athletes participated in the competition and demonstrated their skills.
The championship was held in the sports building of the Otyrar branch of the Peoples' Friendship University.

3rd place: Seitkul Merey
The winners and prize-winners will represent the city of Shymkent at the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan to be held in Aktobe in February 2025.
