The program will start in 2023. Until now, employees of the Health Care, Education, Culture, Sports, Media, Universities, Social Sector, Branch of Kazpost Joint Stock Company, employees of electricity, water, heat supply and sewage systems, employees of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, civil servants, and citizens under the age of thirty-five who are registered in the Ulytau region as needing housing in the category of "orphans, children left without parental care" from the communal housing fund have been provided with housing.
