EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY DEVELOPED THE FIRST DOMESTIC PROFESSIONAL DEFECTOLOGY DESK
The first domestic professional defectologist desk, developed by Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University within the framework of the commercialization project, was presented to the Pedagogical Support and Correction Office in the Ulan district with the sponsorship of the Kazzink company.
In the future, children attending the Pedagogical Support and Correction Office in the district will receive education using modern methods using professional equipment. Let us recall that a group of scientists from EKU, together with experienced teachers in the field of special education, won the commercialization project of the "Science Fund" in this direction.
Rauan Baychinov, Alima Alipova, Saltanat Adikanova, Madina Aurenova, Saule Zhakupova worked in the project group headed by Dosym Yerbolatuly. Patents for 5 devices and copyright certificates for 14 methodological resources and trainers were obtained under the project. Among them are special training programs to help speech therapists and defectologists, a professional defectologist's desk with a sensor monoblock, as well as educational materials made of paper and wood.
The advantage of the domestic development is that the adjustment of some parts is automated, tested and the presence of methodologies in Kazakh and Russian, which are recommended by special education organizations.
- The development team, together with the head of the East Kazakhstan Region Department of Education Inessa Chernysheva, visited the Ulan Pedagogical Support and Correction Office and held a master class on using the professional defectologist's desk. Teachers highly appreciated the new tool, which effectively helps in correcting children, - Alima Alipova.
It should be noted that the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek noted that the issue of commercialization of scientific results plays an important role in the real sector of the economy and the gradual transformation of the national scientific system.
