First Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmadi Sarbasov visited a number of enterprises and social facilities in the region during a working trip to the Karaganda region, and also held a reception for citizens on personal issues and a meeting with the population.
Sarbasov began his working trip by visiting enterprises in Saran, Karaganda region. He got acquainted with the activities of Tengri Tyres LLP, which produces up to 3 million car tires per year. The Vice Minister discussed with the director of the plant issues of ensuring safe working conditions for employees within the framework of the Concept of Safe work in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030.
Then Akmadi Sarbasov visited QazTehna LLP, which produces modern passenger buses, electric buses and construction equipment that meet international quality standards. After getting acquainted with the work of the plant, the Vice Minister discussed with the management of the enterprise issues of improving the working conditions of employees within the framework of social partnership.
The Vice Minister also got acquainted with the activities of the Sarani Special Social Services Center.
After that, Akmadi Sarbasov visited the Labor Mobility Center of the Karaganda region, the INVA STO wheelchair repair service center and the Ten Qogam center for Social adaptation of persons with disabilities.
At the Unified Family Assistance Center, the Vice Minister held a reception for citizens on personal issues and a briefing for journalists.
At the end of the working trip, the First Vice Minister visited the Trade Union Center, where he met with people with disabilities who are regressors. During the meeting, issues of appointment and implementation of a special social payment for persons who have been working in harmful working conditions for a long time were discussed.
